Vishal Agarwal is a second-generation industrial entrepreneur with over three decades of experience spanning metals, steel, commodities, and industrial supply chains. He founded Mohan Fabtex Limited in 2006 and has established the company as a trusted partner to some of India's leading industrial and manufacturing enterprises. Over the course of his career, he has built enduring relationships with major corporates including Reliance Industries, Welspun Corp, Welspun Steel, Maharashtra Seamless, and Mahindra Sanyo Special Steel. He is part of a business family that has maintained a strategic association with Reliance Industries for over four decades through one of India's largest polyester fibre distribution networks, generating annual revenues in excess of ₹3,000 crore. He brings deep expertise in industrial sourcing, commodity markets, procurement, and supply chain management, supported by an extensive network across the steel, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
